Alternate historian extraordinaire.

Say, did you know James Young presided as editor over the only anthology to ever have all of its stories recommended by Tangent Online? We did!

When not being dragooned into projects over chicken fingers in a gay Irish cowboy biker bar, James Young usually writes alternative history (e.g. the Usurper’s War series). “King of the Kaiju” is set in his lesser known Vergassy Chronicles universe, with the Kaiju-class and Owderkirks making their first appearance in the novel An Unproven Concept. When not in either 3050 or 1943, James resides in Kansas with his spouse, award-winning artist Anita C. Young.

Recently, James collaborated with Raconteur Press to produce Hooves, Tracks, and Sabers. How cool is that?
